Really good value for money- clean and simple accommodation with a wonderful host Binu who is kind and friendly and will help out with anything you need. It's in a lovely quiet area on the south cliff. I also really enjoyed meeting other guests there.

Neat and clean villa
Stayed last saturday night here with friends. Neat and clean villa with 4 bedrooms ( 3 attached and 1 with a common toilet )and a Hall and kitchen in affordable price. Was provided with drinking water and toiletries. Have a refrigerator and all kitchen items are available. A normal villa ambience with a 5 min walking distance to papanasham beach, varkala. Binu chettan was nice and helpful throughout.
